I am back with controversy

So, I haven't blogged in a really long time. reason because more people seem to have an opinion of my blogging material and wonder why I give up info. I let them get to me. Shame on me. But trying to let that go. Here is a question I want to pose. What do you guys think a stay at home mom "job" is??

I think it involves taking care of the kids, cleaning the house, and cooking dinner. Now that is alot to do in one day, but that essentially is your job.

Want to know what gets me? The woman who are stay at home moms and only do one thing from the above = take care of kids.
Not even cook dinner? Order out all the time?

I just can't.

So, what do you think?

What a post for me to come back with huh? :)
All for a healthy debate.

I just hate (and i mean HATE) moms with holier than thou attitudes about staying at home. I agree with you - yes taking care of kids is hard. but if your husband is working extra hard to let you stay at home (if you aren't rich), then you can work extra hard to keep the house clean and dinner fixed or put together. I don't mean everyday, and i don't mean a spotless house. but c'mon.

I think that any job a mom has is hard. I am a stay at home mom, and there are plenty of days that I can barely get dinner on the table. My house isn't always clean (and spotless, what's that?) Being a stay at home mom is hard, and I think that so many other women who haven't been a sahm (or even had kids) tend to judge us pretty harshly. But I don't sit around all day doing nothing. I can clean the house and turn around and it's a mess again. It is the most rewarding job, but it is definitely not easy, and it is a 24/7 job with no breaks and no vacations...
