Doing easter dinner is no joke.

So I did Easter dinner this year. Holy shit I am exhausted.
Seriously, it is no joke to pull that off. But I did it. I am pretty darn proud of myself. It was so worth it too to have my family over.

So it starts with having to clean the house. But when your mom is a clean freak, it makes even harder especially when I am not such a clean freak like her.
I was up at seven in the morning and took care of the dog, cleaned the floors, and got myself ready to be at church.
When I got home from church, I seasoned the chicken to let it marinate for awhile, started on cake #1 and cleaned up some more. Then started on dessert #2 when cake #1 came out. Then prepped my ingredients for the rice, carrots, and pasta salad.
This is alot of work. My poor legs and feet are aching!
But in the end, my family stuffed their faces. That's what counts.
Hope you all had a good Easter!

Your brave to put together the dinner! I've yet to cook an entire holiday meal for my family....maybe someday soon I will. :)
