Rooster wants to say something

This morning, we had a conference call. This conference call was with our some of our global offices. So on the call there was NY, Heidelberg, Berlin, Dordrecht, and maybe some other European country. As somebody is going through their proposal, all of a sudden we hear the sound come from this animal:

Yep, a rooster was using it's vocal cords... much like the wake-up call.

Hilarious...

The joys of working for a global company and conference calls when people don't put their phones on mute...

LOL....in a former life I used to train businesses on how to use their new phone systems. I REALLY tried to convey the importance of the MUTE BUTTON...especially on conference calls. Oh well....cock-a-doodle DON'T!! :-)

I can only image whose office that came from...

Not-guilty for this particular call, but the rooster is my cell phone alarm clock/reminder tone if you ever hear it during the work day!

I have a parrot who frequently sits on my shoulders. The bird has been known to burp when I'm on the phone (not business calls!). Rather than a lengthy explanation, I find that "Oh, excuse me" works just fine...
